Monday 5th March 10:30-1-Meeting for the 2nd Residential Break

Families 4 Sustainability and Global Citizenship Project  (F4SGC):
This project is about families working together in these hard times to start thinking about increasing their quality of life, taking up new challenges and moving on to a more self-reliant lifestyle in 2012.  We will discuss and learn what sustains our happiness and maintains a good mental outlook on life while we appreciate the great outdoors.
Examples of activities that may be included in the project are gentle walking on lovely spring days, outdoor photographic and art sessions; music therapy; climbing – or not!!!; canoeing; and organic gardening. Throughout all of the activities and session you will have the opportunity to develop new knowledge and skills, relax in tranquil non-stressful environments and enjoy good food and socialise with supportive family and friendly people.

Eligibility: You only have to be over 16 years old, be economically inactive and not in receipt of JSA.
Starts: 1st project on 20 February through to end March 2012
2nd project on 2 April through to end of May 2012

If you would like to participate in the project please contact the centre.
